About Margaret
Professional ADHD coach and educator
I’m Margaret Nicholls, an ADHD coach based in London. My journey began when my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, opening my eyes to the power of understanding neurodivergent minds. This inspired me to train professionally as an ADHD coach, a decision that’s transformed both my life and my ability to help others.
I work with adults, parents, teens, and children, helping them see that their struggles are rooted in neurological differences, not personal failings. Watching clients shift from self-doubt to self-understanding is deeply rewarding.
My practice is grounded in the neuroscience of ADHD, because when we understand how the ADHD brain works differently, we can create strategies that truly fit. Beyond coaching, I’m passionate about spreading awareness so more people can embrace their brains and thrive with confidence.
FROM STUCK TO UNSTOPPABLE
Who do I work with?
As an ADHD coach, I work with adults and families who are feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of ADHD. Drawing on my background as a journalist, I bring a special focus to the connection between the ADHD and creativity. I use strength-based coaching to help clients unlock the potential of their creative minds.
I’m also deeply committed to supporting families. I work with children, teens and parents to provide practical, compassionate guidance for navigating ADHD at every stage of life.
Although my ADHD coaching practice is in London, my clients are based around the world.
You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching.
PEACE OF MIND IS POSSIBLE
What’s it like to work with me?
The number one reason people come to me is because they feel overwhelmed — juggling too many thoughts, responsibilities and emotions all at once. They’re searching for a way to quiet the noise and regain control.
My clients often tell me that my calm approach creates a safe space where they can finally breathe, slow down, and reconnect with themselves.
With renewed focus, my clients begin to build genuine confidence — not just in managing their ADHD symptoms, but in their ability to set and achieve meaningful goals.
COACHING ROOTED IN REAL LIFE
Why I became an ADHD coach
I became an ADHD coach because I have first-hand experience of the challenges ADHD can bring – both in my own life and as a parent. Learning to understand how the ADHD brain works was a powerful revelation that opened the door to acceptance, growth, and self-fulfillment.
I love to share this understanding with my clients because I know how life changing it can be. Through coaching, I help people move from frustration and overwhelm to clarity and confidence, empowering them to create meaningful change in their lives.
THE HEART OF MY WORK
