Supporting ADHD family life

ADHD parenting made easier: a practical 4-session course

Imagine mornings that don’t feel like a battle, fewer arguments over homework and more moments of laughter and connection with your child. This course is designed to help you move from overwhelm and self-doubt to confidence, clarity, and calm.

Over 4 sessions, you’ll learn practical tools to reduce stress, improve communication, and support your child’s ADHD in a way that works for your family. You’ll leave not just with strategies, but with hope — and the reassurance that you really can make family life feel lighter and more manageable.

What this course offers

This 4-session live course is designed especially for parents of children with ADHD. It’s a space where you’ll learn new tools, but also feel supported, understood and reassured that you’re doing your best. Each week builds on the last, giving you a toolkit you can start using straight away at home.

A note from me

I know how hard this can feel — and I also know how much difference it makes when you have the right tools and support. You don’t need to be a ‘perfect’ parent, just one who’s willing to try new things and show up for your child. That’s what this course is all about.
